News & Events

Welcome back everyone we hope you had a fun & restful term break.

We are ready and looking forward to an exciting Term 4.

Today we had the third transition session for our 2024 foundation students.  They heard a story about jelly fish and made a paper jelly fish.

Ripple at St Lawrence!

Every morning our students complete a Wellbeing check in using the ‘Ripple’ application.

Student use emojis to reflect on how they are feeling about 9 different key areas, including: food, safety, concentration, sleep, happiness etc.

This information then provides a live ‘heat map’ for teachers, so they are able to monitor our student wellbeing and have supportive conversations with their students.

We use the data to support individual, groups and learning communities of children.

Our students love their morning ‘Ripple’ and we look forward to sharing tips and ideas on whole community wellbeing supports.
